Seychelles Island Hopping Holidays

When travelling to the Seychelles, why limit yourself to one Island? The islands all have a unique appeal and thanks to excellent connectivity between them, the Seychelles lends itself perfectly to an island-hopping itinerary. Two or three different islands can easily be combined in one trip, but if you prefer to stay on just one island, it is also worth bearing in mind that smaller islands can often be visited as a day trip from both Mahé and Praslin Island!

Beautiful Bequia

The beautiful island of Bequia is the second largest of the Grenadine islands – a chain of small islands stretching around 50 miles from St Vincent in the north to Grenada in the south. The Grenadines are an ideal destination for those looking to experience something a little more off the beaten track and offer some of the best snorkelling and sailing in the Caribbean. Bequia is an authentic island hideaway. It exudes character and charm in equal measure and works well as either a standalone destination or as a twin-centre with islands such as Barbados or St Lucia.

Exploring Barbados

Jo and Mark have just returned from a fantastic couple of weeks in Barbados. They found the island to be as warm and welcoming as ever and spent their time exploring the island, trying out new restaurants (as well as re-visiting some old favourites!) and visiting some of the hotels we work closely with.

Sail Away with Tropic Breeze

Tropic Breeze were proud sponsors the Autumn Series of the Yealm Yacht Club this year, our local club, which is just a stone’s throw from our offices in Devon. The series ran from 5th September to 17th October, and they were lucky enough to have some amazing weather for the last race of the series!

Grenada – A Chocolate Lover’s Paradise

Chocolate is such an important part of the island’s culture and traditions that it even has a dedicated festival – The Chocolate Fest – to celebrate all things chocolate!

Discover Antigua

Tropic Breeze founder, Jo Plummer, has been on the move again – this time staying at the rustic all-inclusive adult-only resort, COCOS Hotel. Antigua is an increasingly popular Caribbean holiday destination known for having 365 beaches, one for each day of the year. Visitors to the island can explore the stunning coastline, soak up the local history and culture or take part in water sports such as sailing, which is particularly popular thanks to the superb weather conditions.

Jo visits Anse Chastanet, St Lucia

Tropic Breeze founder, Jo Plummer, recently travelled to St Lucia, spending a few nights at Anse Chastanet, a very unique and individually styled resort with a real emphasis on the natural beauty of the island and the surrounding landscape – a perfect escape. She also visited Jade Mountain, it’s sister resort with striking architecture and luxurious suites. The two resorts offer breathtaking views over the Caribbean Sea and the Pitons.
