Snorkel with manta rays
Manta ray season is starting in the Maldives, meaning it is the very best time to view, swim and snorkel with these gentle giants! Mass gatherings take place between June and November in Hanifaru Bay, the world’s largest feeding station where over one hundred mantas and several whale sharks have been known to feed at the same time.
New overwater dining at Soneva Fushi
This unique island resort has recently expanded its dining options, adding ‘Out of the Blue’, a two-storey structure set on stilts over the lagoon. Five unique new dining outlets serve grilled meats and seafood, teppanyaki and sushi prepared by Michelin-starred chefs, using produce from the Maldives’ first overwater organic greenhouse.
